Maintaining compliance with English Law CA-LAW offers arbitration in accordance with Islam. Solutions are offered which comply with UK law and still comply with Islam as close as possible.
In some circumstances UK Law requires Islamic Councils to pass jurisdiction on to a non Islamic court. Representation may still be based in Islam.
In some circumstances UK Law requires Islamic Councils to pass jurisdiction on to a non Islamic Judge. Islamic Judges (Qadis) may at times be required legally to habd over jurisdiction to a non-Qadi Judge.
Rulings can be enforced by a Court of the Judiciary of England and Wales. The court and method of enforcement will vary depending on circumstances of individual cases. All enforcement is via formal legal channels of HM Courts and Tribunals.
